I was the leader of a Christion group ( they were called groups in my day) New Life based at Cradley Heath Salvation Army and we visited Himley Road Methodist on several occasions for youth events in the late 70's early 80's. Whilst a lawyer to earn a crust I have a very active involvement with music. I am the MD of Voices In Harmony a 70 strng mixed voice choir, see www.vihchoir.org. As such was very interested to hear what you said about the forthcoming new arrangements of the Wesley hymns...... I'm with you on that!! When the choral music is available please let me know from where it can be obtained. If you're presenting anymore local events like last night and you need a bass guitar player then let me know. I wuold be thrilled to be a part of it ( providing you've checked me out beforehand!!) It's a small world isn't it? I stumbled on your album [was actually a tape] wonderful world about a decade ago [seems like yesterday though] way over in Nigeria. It was literally a God send [still don't know how it got to my house]. i was just starting my "walk with God"and it was all i listened to for months! [until a friend of mine broke it by mistake] i honestly cannot tell you how much the songs meant to me . listening to a few soundbytes on this website [haven't heard them in almost ten years!] brought back the fondest memories of finding the "light".....the "westworld" Thank you!
